Adam Blake is a co-founding owner of REALTEAM Real Estate, licensed since 2013, with over a decade of experience in Southeast Michigan. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration & Finance from Oakland University and has earned Key Club Platinum recognition ($25M+ in sales). Adam leads a direct team of 20+ agents, admin staff, and transaction coordinators while personally specializing in residential, commercial, investment, new construction, REO, and creative financing.
Beyond sales, Adam serves as Compliance Partner overseeing 1,000+ transactions per year, Technology Officer driving the brokerage's tech-forward approach, and Real Estate Instructor teaching NCI – RES 101 and Broker courses for the next generation of agents.
When not helping clients, you can find him exploring new neighborhoods, staying on top of market trends, and investing in the community. Adam is proud to call Southeast Michigan home and is passionate about helping others do the same.
